Equipment Start-up and Operator Training
Factory trained technicians assist in start-up and provide training tailored to individual needs and designed to increase operational efficiency.

Whether you call one of our many local service representatives or our customer service department in Farmingdale, NY, your request will be answered promptly.

Preventive Maintenance and Service Contracts
Since preventive maintenance is a critical component of cGMP manufacturing, BioPro offers a comprehensive program on new and existing equipment tailored to the clients individual needs. Many of our clients prefer to issue an open purchase order for service calls and spare parts, reducing paper work and making it more convenient and expeditious for the user to keep the equipment on-line.

Spare Parts Supply
SPARE PARTS FOR ALL OUR PRODUCT LINES are available either from our warehouse on Long Island, from some of our local representatives or from our suppliers, with efficient delivery. BioPro also provides authentic spare parts for existing CHEMAP and SULZER/BIOTECH Fermenters and Bioreactors from the original source.
